An online community that allows you to help shape everything from our site experiences to future ad campaigns to new products and services by providing your feedback via surveys, polls & forums.
You'll be sent survey invitations to your email address from time to time. Clicking on a link in the email will take you directly to the survey. You can also chat with other members via our Community tab.
Please make sure any comments or threads posted are respectful, appropriate, thoughtful, detailed and encourage conversation!
You will most likely receive an invitation to participate in a survey around once a month -- sometimes more, sometimes less. You are free to take part in as many or as few as you want!
A typical survey is about 5 to 10 minutes, though some can be a little more in depth! We're always up front about how long a survey should take & you can always take a break and pick it up later!
Each survey you complete will earn an entry in a quarterly sweepstakes drawing. See Official Rules for details. We often offer additional perks & giveaways as well!
Click on "Forgot Password?" on the login page and enter your email. You will then receive an email to reset your password.
Click on the 'My Profile' in the site footer. Enter your new password or email address and then click 'Save'.
Your answers will be held in strict confidentiality and will be used only for the purposes of each study we do. The results will be reported in aggregate form only, and will not be identified individually without your consent.
Make sure info@beautystylecollective.com is added to your list of trusted senders, and check your spam/trash folders. Please click Contact Us if after that you're still not getting our emails.

If there is ever an issue or concern, please Contact Us so we can resolve it together. Harassment, bullying, or targeted negativity will not be tolerated, and members who engage in this kind of behavior will be removed. If you notice something like this occurring on the forums, please bring it to our attention.
